Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coordinator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Coordinator provides web service orchestration with smart queueing, rate limiting, and automatic retry capabilities. The Service allows users to connect APIs, manage request queues, and automate workflows with flood protection.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to bypass rate limits of third-party services in a way that violates their terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Coordinator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you process through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coordinator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
